Who is DC719?
DC719 is a local group of computer security and underground tech enthusiasts. We are of all backgrounds, ages and sexes. DC719 was formed by several independent groups, and was the pioneer group for DCGroups, founded in Feb. of 2003.
What happens at a our meetings?
Our monthly meetings main focus point is the talks, which range in length but are usually around 20 mins and cover a wide variety of tech topics. We also have discussion about current projects, goals and actives. We will also be talking about and working on some of our current projects.
Are there any rules?
Yes. There a couple basic rules that include; respect other attendees and staff don’t just come to be a jackass, if it is illegal do not bring it to or discuss it at our meetings!
How can I give a talk?
If you want to give a technical talk at a future meeting please post your talk idea on our 'Call for Papers' that is posted before each talk on our forums.
How can I help out?
There are several ways to help out; the best is to come to meetings! Just show up and bring a friend if you can. You can also help out greatly by doing a talk. If you want to volunteer to help in other ways email h3adrush[at]dc719[dot]org.

What other activities does DC719 sponsor?
The members of DC719 are interested in a wide variety of actives; we hold frequent parties, shooting outings, a camping trip, and just general hanging out, the best place to find info on these events is on our forums.
